Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wärme- und Glühtechnik GRUBE GmbH, Alte Ziegelei 1, 48734 Reken, Germany, E-Mail: service@w-grube.de, Tel.: +49 (0) 2864 - 88 555 - 0) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
