B. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

We process your personal data where this is necessary for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Data processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. This applies in particular to contact and communication functions.

When using our contact form, the data you provide is transmitted directly by email to service@w-grube.de. Please note that this email is not encrypted.

In addition, we process your personal data to safeguard our legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, in particular for:

processing non-contractual inquiries,
ensuring legally compliant conduct and legal defense,
ensuring the availability and security of technical systems.

In this context, the following data may be logged, among others: name of the retrieved file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, confirmation of successful retrieval, web browser, and IP address.
