Company history since 1965
1965
Mr. Friedrich Grube, nicknamed "Fritz", gained his first experience in annealing technology in 1965 at MINERALÖL-BAUGESELLSCHAFT MBH.
(ÖLBAU / ARG group of companies).
In the following years until 1974, he worked as an employed annealer.
His last employer before becoming self-employed was the
COOPER-INTERLAS GLÜHTECHNIK GMBH.
1974
On May 27, 1974, Friedrich Grube and Manfred Mathes founded the business "Grube und Mathes Glühtechnik" located at Niewerth 3, 4225 Gahlen.
Subject of the business: Annealing technology (annealing of weld seams).
At that time, the business premises consisted of a small office and a warehouse which was a double garage.

Departure of the previous co-owner Manfred Mathes on January 1, 1975.

New company name: "Glühtechnik Grube"
1982
New construction of a business premises with more possibilities in Schermbeck.
The company already employs approximately 20 people at this time. More will follow in the coming years.

2001
A fateful year – After a serious illness, Mr. Friedrich Grube passed away on July 15, 2001. The company remained in family ownership through Mr. Grube Junior. For the young entrepreneur, it was no easy task to face the competition from other companies after his apprenticeship and brief assembly experience. With the help of experienced and qualified employees, the business continued to develop steadily.
2003
The company is going online.
2005
Founding of "Wärme- und Glühtechnik GRUBE GmbH" with Managing Director Andreas Grube.
2006
After approximately six months of development, the first of our own "WG-STAR" temperature controllers were installed in our annealing plants. Continuous development of this successful controller series continues to this day.
Certification of the safety management system according to the standard of the Safety Certificate Contractors SCC*, by Lloyd's Register
2007
Certification by RW-TÜV according to AD HP 7/1, KTA 3201.3, AD HP 7/2, AD HP 7/3.
Grube GmbH has been recognized as a training company by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
2008
Planning of a new warehouse with attached offices
2009
New building in Reken (Borken district), Alte Ziegelei 1 - industrial park
The move to Reken was completed in April 2010.
From now on, many opportunities were open to us that would have been unthinkable before.
The 200m² warehouse was equipped with, among other things, a 5-ton crane to enable heat treatment work to be carried out directly within the company.
2010
The new 6-channel annealing system 84KVA type "FS-10" is now being manufactured in series.
Certification of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008.
Extended certification of the safety management system according to SCC** without restrictions for national and international activities.
2011
Following the successful 6-channel system, a new series of 12-channel annealing systems "FS-11" is being manufactured.
The starting signal has been given for the expansion of the company premises at Alte Ziegelei 1, as well as the construction of a new warehouse at Rudolf-Diesel-Ring 16.

Publication of our first product catalog in 2 languages.

The world's smallest 84kVA resistance annealing system, including temperature printer and control unit, is also in series production. Its designation is "FS-Kompakt".
Our first TV commercial was broadcast on n-tv on January 26th at 7:55 pm.
Founding of "GRUBE Industrieservice GmbH" on February 24th.
Extended certification of the SCC** safety management system according to SCCP without restrictions for national and international activities on October 10th.
Establishment of the new warehouse at Rudolf-Diesel-Ring 16; the new hall offers us an additional 200 parking spaces for annealing equipment and accessories.

Following the positive response to the "FS-Kompakt", a new series of 12-channel annealing systems, designated "FS-12-Kompakt", was manufactured starting in autumn 2012.
This series, too, is ideally suited for assembly work in pipeline construction due to its design and construction. With a power output of 84 kVA, it is the world's smallest 12-channel annealing system, including 2 temperature printers and 12 individual program controllers.
